Emma provides orientation and support to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Emma serves as a primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any questions, concerns, or requests for assistance. She maintains open lines of communication to ensure that clients and their families are informed and involved in decision-making regarding their care.
Emma also liaises with other healthcare professionals involved in the care of clients, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers. She facilitates communication and collaboration to ensure that all aspects of the client's care are well-coordinated and integrated.
Emma is always prepared to respond to emergencies or crises that may arise in the course of providing home care services. They develop and implement protocols for handling emergencies and provide support to staff members and clients during challenging situations.
