My Story

Alicia’s career with Westwood Homecare started in 2023.


She is responsible for developing and updating care plans for clients. She ensures that the care provided aligns with these plans and that any changes in the client's condition are promptly addressed. She is responsible for supervising care workers. This includes providing orientation, ongoing training, and supervision to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. She monitors the quality of care provided to clients through regular assessments, observations, and feedback.


She conducts home visits to evaluate the performance of care workers and ensure that clients' needs are being met. She is responsible for identifying and addressing any potential risks or safety concerns in the home care environment. This includes ensuring that staff members follow proper infection control procedures, medication management protocols, and other safety measures. She handles various administrative tasks, such as scheduling client visits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Westwood Homecare policies.
