My Story
Diana’s career with Westwood Homecare started in 2020. Diana is responsible for developing and updating care plans for clients. She ensures that the care provided aligns with these plans and that any changes in the client's condition are promptly addressed. Diana is responsible for supervising care workers. This includes providing orientation, ongoing training, and supervision to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. She monitor’s the quality of care provided to clients through regular assessments, observations, and feedback. Diana conduct’s home visits to evaluate the performance of care workers and ensure that clients' needs are being met. Diana is responsible for identifying and addressing any potential risks or safety concerns in the home care environment. This includes ensuring that staff members follow proper infection control procedures, medication management protocols, and other safety measures. Diana handles various administrative tasks, such as scheduling client visits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Westwood Homecare policies.
Diana is trained to handle emergencies and crisis situations effectively. She develops and implement emergency response protocols, coordinate with relevant authorities and healthcare providers, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff during emergencies.
