My Story

Emma’s career with Westwood Homecare started in 2021. Emma plays a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of operations, staff management, and client care. Emma provides ongoing supervision, support, and guidance to care staff, including regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring. She address any issues or concerns raised by staff members and provide resources and training to help them perform their jobs effectively. Emma is responsible for developing and updating care plans for clients. She ensures that the care provided aligns with these plans and that any changes in the client's condition are promptly addressed. Emma is responsible for supervising care workers. This includes providing orientation, ongoing training, and supervision to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. She monitor’s the quality of care provided to clients through regular assessments, observations, and feedback. Emma conduct’s home visits to evaluate the performance of care workers and ensure that clients' needs are being met. Emma is responsible for identifying and addressing any potential risks or safety concerns in the home care environment. This includes ensuring that staff members follow proper infection control procedures, medication management protocols, and other safety measures. Emma handles various administrative tasks, such as scheduling client visits, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Westwood Homecare policies.
